Children in Need

Posted on: 13th November 2020

We joined in the national celebrations for Children in Need and had a wonderful day, whilst raising money for charity at the same time!

The day started with everyone arriving at school in their pyjamas – we had monsters, spiderman, unicorns, reindeers and of course lots and lots of Pudsey Bear and Blush pyjamas. Everyone looked amazing and even the teachers joined in!!

We all joined in with Joe Wicks 24 hrs PE lesson – very hot work in your pyjamas!!! There was also a colouring competition and we all had fun spotting the spottiest person in our class!

BBC Radio Somerset then interview Mrs Battersby and four members of our school council live on air! Liam, Amelia, Noah and Ella were fantastic and provided alot of information about what we were doing and how much money we were raising – they alos got to speak to Pudsey Bear himself as he couldn’t get into schools this year!

You can listern to the radio interview by follwoing this link (It’s from 3hr 20 mins at 09:20am):
